libjs-ipaddr software package provides IPv4 and IPv6 addresses manipulation - JavaScript library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-ipaddr
libjs-ipaddr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-ipaddr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-ipaddr *
You will get with libjs-ipaddr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
